HMBC CEO ACADEMY VISION
The vision of the HMBC CEO Academy has been to create a CEO Academy in which minority
CEO's can gain needed knowledge and skills to grow sustainable organizations.
CEO ACADEMY MEETING

CEO Academy meetings will begin March 2008
|

Meetings will be held (1) Friday per Quarter (4 total meetings per year)
|

•
|
Attendance is limited to member MBE's who are in an Emerging or Continual Stage
of Growth
|
|
•
|
2 - 3 topics will be discussed during each CEO Academy Day.
|
|
•
|
Topics of discussion will be derived from Emerging and Continual Growth Survey topics
|
|
•
|
Successful CEO's will facilitate Academy meetings and will be sought out from among
the HMBC Executive Advisory Board
|
|
