HMBC Executive MBA Program
Beginning in the fall semester of 2008, HMBC will offer a “tailored” Executive MBA program through a joint collaboration with local colleges and universities.

HMBC Executive MBA Program elements include:
•	(6) Month program duration to complete the HMBC Executive MBA Program
•	Classes meet bi-monthly
•	Classes are scheduled on Friday evenings and Saturday morning
•	Participants would be required to attend (1) full week session per semester
•	First semester classes are held August 2008 through November 2008
•	Second semester classes are held January 2009 through April 2009
•	Participants will develop a Strategic Plan for their organizations
•	Strategic Plan presentations being made at the mid way and end of the program
•	Stategic Plan presentations will be presented to HMBC Board Members, CEO's, CEO Academy Advisors, Corporate Executives, MBE's & Consultants, etc.

•	Executive Leadership Program (Building Teams, HR, Labor Relations, Management Style, Image/Brand etc.) – Aug. 08 / Nov. 08
•	Building Sustainable Growth Organizations (Strategic Planning, Company Objectives, Structure of Business) - Aug. 08 / Nov. 08
•	Financing Business Growth (Cash Management, Asset Management, Information Systems, Sources of Funding) – Jan. 09 – April 09
